📄 LIMITED REDISTRIBUTION LICENSE FOR MINECRAFT MODIFICATIONS

1. Purpose of License
This License governs the terms and conditions under which the unmodified redistribution of a modification (“mod”) originally created for the Minecraft video game, published by Mojang AB and Microsoft Corporation, is authorized. This License does not transfer ownership rights or grant permissions beyond those expressly stated herein.

2. Ownership of Rights
All proprietary and intellectual property rights related to the mod subject to redistribution are exclusively held by its original author(s), who retain full authorship and ownership of all files, structures, code, designs, textures, sounds, documentation, or any other components comprising the mod.

3. Scope of Redistribution Authorization
Permission is hereby granted solely to redistribute the mod in its original, unaltered form, subject to the following conditions:

 3.1. Integrity of Content
 The mod must be distributed without any alterations, modifications, additions, or deletions. Decompiling, recompiling, modifying, translating, disassembling,  or otherwise manipulating the content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

 3.2. Inclusion of License
 This License must be attached in full, unmodified and unamended, to every redistributed copy of the mod.

 3.3. Attribution of Authorship
 Clear and visible credit must be given to the original author(s) of the mod. Such attribution must not imply, suggest, or infer any participation by the  redistributor in the mod’s development, design, or implementation.

 3.4. Prohibition of Commercial Use
 Use of the mod for commercial, profit-making, or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, inclusion in paid packages,  monetized servers, platforms generating direct or indirect revenue (e.g., advertising or link shorteners), or any other form of economic exploitation.

 3.5. Limitation of Redistributor Rights
 The authorization granted herein does not confer, transfer, or license any intellectual or industrial property rights to the redistributor, who acts solely as an  intermediary without any ownership rights over the original content.

4. Revocation of Authorization
Any breach of the terms set forth in this License shall result in automatic and immediate revocation of the redistribution authorization without prior notice and may lead to legal actions by the mod’s rights holders.

5. Limitation of Liability
The redistributed content is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties of functionality, compatibility, security, stability, or maintenance. The redistributor assumes all risks and responsibilities arising from use or distribution and expressly indemnifies the original author(s) from any direct or indirect liability.

6. Final Provisions
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the redistributor and the rights holders regarding redistribution of the mod. For any additional permissions, including modification or commercial use, direct contact must be made with the original author(s).
